you can indeed have your cake and eat it too

Oh. My. Gosh. You have to watch this. This guy is a ballet dancer.


Anyway, I have just baked two batches of a cake. The first one was ridiculously horrible because it came out undercooked. According to the recipe, it takes 45 minutes to cook. I checked at 45 minutes, and the top of the cake looked brown ish, and so i took it out, before it burned. It was undercooked and still gushy and gooey. Gross.

I made the second one, and this time i ignored the timing. I watched and tested the cake (by poking it in the middle) every once in a while.

It took an extra 30 minutes to cook it till it was perfect.

Yum.
